With 16 years of Buying and Merchandising experience in the fashion and beauty industries, I have worked across vertical and horizontal brands in the US, UK, European and Australian markets. I am an innovative thinker and collaborative leader with a passion for the Beauty world. I thrive in a fast-paced creative environment.
My goal is to cultivate strong relationships with every partner I encounter, collaborate honestly and transparently, whilst helping brands and my team reach their goals.
I am currently the Senior Director of Brand Partnerships at IPSY Corporate, home to IPSY and BoxyCharm, the worlds largest beauty subscription company with a mission of empowering every person’s unique beauty. Previously, I worked on the Buying and Merchandising teams at Ralph Lauren, COS, and David Jones Australia.

I was born and raised in Bondi in Sydney, Australia. I moved to London for a few years to see more of the world and further grow my career, before settling in New York City and calling Brooklyn home.
When not working, you can find me traveling to somewhere new or volunteering as a Dog Care Mentor at Best Friends Animal Society.
